FILTER MEDIA AND COMPONENT CHANGES
We provide all users of filtration plant with fully equipped and managed Filter Technicians, suitably qualified to carry out Filter Media and Component Changes (filter bags, filter cartridges, diaphragms, solenoids, seals etc).
REGULAR TEST AND INSPECTIONS
We recommend and offer Test and Inspections at regular intervals and offer a cost-effective maintenance program to ensure that your filtration plant and equipment perform at maximum efficiency, reducing costly unplanned downtime. You will be provided with a full written report identifying any faults found, filter elements that require changing and any recommendations to improve the efficiency of your filtration plant.
UV FLUORESCENT LEAKAGE TESTING
Using our UV reactive fluorescent powder, Filtration Medic Ltd can quickly identify the damaged filter elements, that may be the cause of dust emissions and plan an isolated repair. This can help minimise downtime and the expense of a major refurbishment.
TEST & INSPECTION SERVICES
When you experience problems with your filtration plant that is likely to be the cause of costly downtime, we can supply a Filter Analyst to troubleshoot and diagnose the fault. You will be provided with a full written report identifying any faults found, filter elements that require changing and any recommendations to improve the efficiency of your filtration plant. Where filter elements are found to be worn and require replacement, we can assist in the sourcing and providing of replacement parts. We are then able to send in our Filter Technicians to repair any faults found, replace worn filter elements and components and implement our recommendations.
LEV Services
COSHH LEV INSPECTIONS
Current legislation requires all Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) for your company to conform to current regulations and codes of practise. We carry our LEV inspection and testing, including a full written report and drawings that comply with current COSHH regulations. All our LEV inspectors are BOHS qualified to P601.
